- 100% functional testing: Every unit is checked after assembly to confirm that the motor, display, buttons and all other functions work properly.
- Electrical safety testing: Insulation resistance and withstand-voltage (hipot) tests eliminate the risk of current leakage and electric shock.
- Appearance screening: Our spectrophotometers and precision inspection systems catch even small gaps, scratches and color mismatches from assembly.
