TLG Closed-Loop Production Process

From collecting waste plastic to shipping the finished material, TLG removes contaminants at four separate stages. The result is high-purity recycled resin that performs on par with virgin plastic made from fossil fuels.

Our Process, Step by Step

Step 01. Collection

Process: We source high-quality waste plastic through a trusted network of suppliers in Korea and abroad.

Step 02. Sorting & Cleaning

Process: Automated sorting and an eco-friendly washing process remove metal, labels, dirt and other non-plastic materials.

Step 03. Crushing & Washing

Process: Sorted plastic is ground into uniform flakes, while high-performance magnetic separators pull out even the finest metal particles.

Step 04. Formulation & Blending

Process: We blend materials in precise ratios to meet each customer’s property requirements. A second metal-separation pass at this stage raises purity even further.

Step 05. Advanced Compounding

Process: Our extrusion process keeps heat damage to a minimum. During final melting and extrusion, micron-level screen filters and magnetic filters catch residues invisible to the eye, producing top-grade TLG Eco-Pellets.

Step 06. Smart Logistics

Process: Packaging tailored to each product keeps out contamination and moisture, so material arrives safely and on time at our customers’ production lines in Korea and around the world.
